Health Equity Statement
In my practice, I strive to create a safe, inclusive, and affirming environment where every child and family feels seen, heard and valued. I am particularly mindful of the unique challenges faced by Black children and other children of color, and I advocate for care that is culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and rooted in justice. My work is grounded in the belief that health equity is not a destination, but a continuous journey. I remain committed to listening, learning, and leading with humility, compassion, and resolve.
