As a community health advocate for many years, and personally I would have to encourage families first to develop the health habits as a whole. For the community I encourage all races to look at your culture, find the problem areas and then try to fix those problems in our health care. As a individual thrive to do better than the last generation, do the work we need to survive, be health and care for our selves.
Biography
I have been a Human Service Board Certified Practitioner for 25 years. I provide Community health education to the developmentally disabled population in residential care. I currently provide adult education to African American Parents in need if parenting classes, to meet court approved class and help with their children.
Experience
I have 4 years\' experience working with community, African American Families and providing them human services resources and care information for their families. I have been working with the developmentally disabled residential care for 35 years.
