My name is Judy Morris, and I deeply value open communication, empathy, and collaboration with my clients. I am dedicated to empowering individuals to uncover their own strengths and find effective solutions. My goal is to work alongside you as we collaborate in understanding the obstacles in your life and the best ways to help you get closer to the life you desire. I take great joy in working with individuals from all walks of life, including couples, children, teens, and families from diverse backgrounds. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, stress management, ADHD, LGBTQ+ issues, grief and loss, transitional life events, trauma and resilience, personal relationship issues, couple problems, personal growth, separation and divorce, parenting issues, self-esteem, anger management, and attachment and communication challenges.

I utilize evidence-based modalities and interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strength-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Play Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapies, and Hypnotherapy.
