Welcome to Haven for Change! As a compassionate therapist, I am honored to provide counseling services to individuals, families, and BIPOC and marginalized communities. My practice specializes in helping those struggling with a range of mental health challenges, from anxiety, depression, and bipolar to trauma, relationship issues, and more. Whether you’re considering therapy for the first time or are ready to take the next step in your personal growth, I am here to offer support, guidance, and a safe space for healing. I understand that the therapeutic process is unique to everyone, and I am committed to tailoring our work together to meet your specific needs.
