Dr. Sydney Curls is a Pelvic Physical Therapist & Pelvic Health Coach with several years of experience and a deep passion for empowering women to help their bodies heal and thrive. Through Dr. Curls for the Girls, she utilizes a comprehensive approach to help her clients achieve goals such as getting pregnant, resolving incontinence, alleviating pain, restoring strength, birthing with confidence, recovering efficiently postpartum, etc. In addition to running her dedicated practice, she increases awareness and education around pelvic health by training health & fitness professionals on the importance and integration of pelvic floor health in their practice.
